A specialist in landscape architecture, Ann Yamashiro Cutner has over 20 years of experience in managing large scale installations for all types of real estate development including multi-housing development, mixed use, office campus, master planned resort, residential communities, destination retail and gaming centers, theme parks and civic/cultural institutions.

Ms. Cutner's experience includes: Vista Del Campo Apartments, University of California, Irvine; Block 8 Multi-Family Housing in Los Angeles, California; Second and Central Mixed-Use Development in Los Angeles; Inland Empire Utilities Agency Headquarters in Chino, California; Hewitt Hall; Croul Hall; Natural Sciences Hall; Allergan Research Facilities; and AMC Theatre.

Cutner earned her degree in landscape architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and studied at Denmark's International Study Program in Architecture and Design at the University of Copenhagen. She is a licensed landscape architect in California and Arizona, a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), a member of ASLA, and is the Vice President of the U.S. Green Building Council in Orange County.
