Steve Garcia Planning an International Theme Park and Resort Residential

Steve Garcia has been on-site in Fushan, China designing a resort master plan for Everfashion Entertainment, Ltd. His design expertise is being applied to each of the core components of the project, including the Spa Hotel, East Mountain Residential, East Mountain Work Force Housing, and the RDE (Retail, Dining, and Entertainment) Zone for the theme park.

He is carefully crafting the story so each project transitions with unique theming. As an anchor, the Spa Hotel overlooks the theme park on axis with the park’s main access point, creating a strong visual icon. Other connections clearly define the focal nature of the hotel. Construction will begin soon and Steve is continuing his current, nearly year long, effort, developing a tremendous resort entertainment community as well as developing strong opportunities throughout China.
